Overview

Text-Q: Queue Management

Text-Q has been developed by Avius Experience to put an end to long queues in a cost effective way, capable of returning great revenue. Text-Q is so revolutionary, it has obtained Patent Pending status and is due to be granted a full Patent shortly.

Unique in its design, Text-Q can be deployed for minimal cost as it does not require expensive hardware to be installed and maintained as with other queue management applications. Text-Q is robust, flexible and scalable, it can be used for numerous applications and can be easily configured to suit the needs of the customer.

  • Text-Q allows visitors to book ahead, before they even arrive at the venue
  • It creates new revenue streams from the optional utilisation of ‘premium rate’ text messaging
  • It allows the guests in the park to have more time to shop/eat (i.e. spend money) while they are not standing in queues
  • Text-Q is clever, it ensures guests cannot make overlapping bookings if Text-Q is deployed across multiple attractions
  • It allows guests to cancel their bookings, providing reassurance of using the system
  • It allows the client to manage throughput of any given attraction and monitor levels of demand across the venue
  • It can be used as a marketing tool as lists of mobile/cell phone numbers are produced on a daily basis
  • In a theme park environment it has the ability to handle exceptional circumstances, like ride breakdown or partial park closure
  • It provides the venue with extra advertising opportunities
  • Text-Q can be used by all guests at the venue without prior registration or hassle. If a guest doesn’t have a mobile/cell phone they can make their bookings via a website or a touch-screen PC deployed at the venue
