Text-Q is unique in its simplicity of utilisation and deployment.
Text-Q requires guests to use their own mobile phones to send a ‘text message’ specifying their booking request.
The guest then receives a booking message back to their phone which details their Text-Q booking, including a unique booking code. A short time before their reservation, the guest receives a ‘reminder text’.
Text-Q is versatile and adaptable for a host of queuing scenarios. From entry / admission queues to ride queues, Text-Q can be tailored to a multitude of environments.
Due to Text-Q’s unique simplicity, deployment is simple and requires no capital investment from the venue. Full deployment requires no network installation and minimal alterations to existing infrastructure.
Day-to-day operation of Text-Q requires the attraction operator to raise awareness of the Text-Q solution. This awareness is achieved through the distribution of flyers, poster advertising, website presence and inclusion on attractions own literature.
A validation device is also required to ensure the Text-Q bookings are valid. Validation devices can take a variety of forms, from a Smartphone to an ultra-mobile PC (UMPC).
